For more than 13 years, Katrina worked in a highly pressurised aircraft maintenance contractual and sales environment. As a result she knows the all importance of getting products to the market quickly. She has worked with most of the world leading airlines and leasing companies such as Lufthansa, easyjet, Gecas, AWAS, ILFC and many more.
For 5 years Katrina worked with Stryker Orthopaedics, a global leader in the development, manufacture and sale of orthopaedic products and services. Katrina was accountable for the direct distribution and sale of their implants and instruments to Irish hospitals. Bringing new products and services to the healthcare market was part of her role.
Through all of her endeavours the common denominator was a realisation that for businesses to be successful they need a systematic approach to the marketplace in line with its other objectives.
With many years of exposure to Lean Thinking and 6 Sigma techniques, Katrina is a determined, customer focused, results oriented individual that can bring your business to the next level of commercialisation.
